من خلال المشاركة في المسابقة، فإنك تدخل في اتفاقية ملزمة مع Yamanote Atelier LLC، وهي شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة، منظمة وموجودة بموجب قوانين إمارة دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة (“الإمارات العربية المتحدة”) برقم الترخيص التجاري: 675621؛
Terms and Conditions
IMPORTANT: Please read and understand these terms and conditions carefully (“Terms”). If you have any questions regarding these Terms, please contact www.yamanoteatelier.com before participating in the Contest. Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms, which apply in addition to and do not replace these Terms. However, the Terms, as set forth below, may limit Yamanote Atelier’s liability to the extent permitted by law. By participating in the competition, you confirm that you accept these terms which are as follows:
الشروط و الأحكام
هام: يرجى قراءة وفهم هذه الشروط والأحكام بعناية (“الشروط”). إذا كانت لديك أي أسئلة تتعلق بهذه الشروط، يرجى الاتصال بـ www.yamanoteatelier.com قبل المشاركة في المسابقة. لا تتأثر حقوقك القانونية بهذه الشروط، التي تنطبق بالإضافة إلى هذه الشروط ولا تحل محلها. ومع ذلك، فإن الشروط، كما هو منصوص عليه أدناه، قد تحد من مسؤولية Yamanote Atelier إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون. من خلال المشاركة في المسابقة، فإنك تؤكد أنك تقبل هذه الشروط و هى :
1- Participation in the competition
Participants must create a drawing of an original pastry design and send it to the website. Each entry must include the participant’s name, age, and contact information. Drawings must be submitted in digital format (JPEG, PNG).
1- المشاركة فى المسابقة
يجب على المشاركين إنشاء رسم لتصميم معجنات أصلي وإرساله إلى الموقع الإلكتروني ، و يجب أن يتضمن كل إدخال اسم المشارك وعمره ومعلومات الاتصال به ، و يجب تقديم الرسومات بتنسيق رقمي (JPEG، PNG) أو كرسم مادي (إن أمكن).
2- Duration of the competition
The competition lasts (90) days, starting on November 1, 2024 and ending on January 30, 2025. Only entries submitted before the end date will be considered. All participants in the competition automatically enter a draw for two prizes, which go to two winners who will be chosen after On 01/30/2025, the winners will be selected based on creativity, innovation and distinctive design.
2- مدة المسابقة : تستمر المسابقة (90) يومًا تبدأ
في 01 نوفمبر 2024 وتنتهي في 30 يناير 2025 و سيتم النظر فقط في المشاركات المقدمة قبل تاريخ الانتهاء ، يدخل جميع المشاركين في المسابقة تلقائيًا في سحب على جائزتين، والتي تذهب إلى فائزين يتم اختيارهما بعد يوم 30/01/2025 ، و يتم إختيار الفائزين بناء علي الابداع و الإبتكار و التصميم المميز .
3- Eligibility
The competition is only open to student participants between the ages of 4 to 16 years residing in Dubai and Abu Dhabi only, and participants must obtain permission from a parent or guardian to participate.
3- الأهلية : المسابقة مفتوحة فقط للمشاركين الطلاب
الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 4 إلى 16 عامًا المقيمين في إمارة دبي و إمارة أبو ظبي فقط ، و يجب أن يحصل المشاركون على إذن من أحد الوالدين أو الوصي للمشاركة.
4- Winner Selection
Winners will be randomly selected from all entries and Winners will be notified via phone call or email from the Yamanote Atelier team and the jury’s decision is final and binding. The winners’ pastry designs will be brought to life and sold at Yamanote Atelier for a limited time.
4- اختيار الفائز: سيتم اختيار الفائزين عشوائيًا
من بين جميع المشاركات و سيتم إخطار الفائزين عن طريق مكالمة هاتفية أو بريد إلكتروني من فريق Yamanote Atelier و يعتبر قرار لجنة التحكيم نهائى و ملزم ، و سيتم إحياء تصميمات المعجنات الخاصة بالفائزين وبيعها في Yamanote Atelier لفترة محدودة.
5- Publicity
By participating in the Student Inventors Competition, the participant in the competition agrees to allow Yamanote Atelier to use his name, image, voice, likeness, and the original design he participated in for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation or prior approval from him.
5- الدعاية : من خلال المشاركة في مسابقة الطلاب
المخترعيين، يوافق المشارك فى المسابقة على السماح لـ Yamanote Atelier باستخدام اسمه وصورته وصوته وشبهه و التصميم الاصلي المشارك به لأغراض ترويجية وإعلانية دون تعويض أو موافقة مسبقة منه .
6- Termination of the competition
The Yamanote Atelier may update, modify or terminate the Contest from time to time, in its sole discretion with or without notice.
6- إنهاء المسابقة : قد تقوم Yamanote Atelier
بتحديث أو تعديل أو إنهاء المسابقة من وقت لآخر، وفقًا لتقديرها الخاص مع او بدون إشعار .
7- Liability
Yamanote Atelier does not bear any responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to participants or their property in connection with their participation in the competition. Participants agree to hold Yamanote Atelier and its affiliates harmless from any liability, injury, loss or damage resulting from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use or misuse of the prize.
7- المسؤولية : لا تتحمل Yamanote Atelier أي
مسؤولية عن أي إصابة أو خسارة أو ضرر يلحق بالمشاركين أو ممتلكاتهم فيما يتعلق بمشاركتهم في المسابقة. يوافق المشاركون على إعفاء Yamanote Atelier والشركات التابعة لها من أي مسؤولية أو إصابة أو خسارة أو ضرر ناتج عن المشاركة في مسابقة المسابقة أو قبول أو استخدام أو إساءة استخدام الجائزة .
